You will learn everything you need to know about working a full-service bar, classic cocktail recipes and preparation, beer, wine and spirit origins and knowledge; along with our philosophies on flavor theory and how to create your own recipe’s.

This is a 7 day, 30-hour course that will be held Mon, Tues, Wed on separate weeks. All classes will be scheduled according to availability and class size. Classes won’t exceed more than 12 students at a time and must have a minimum of 5 students in order to be scheduled. If your desired class isn’t large enough, you will be moved to the following class. Refunds are only applicable if we are the cause of the cancellation, excluding any acts of God. Otherwise, you will be allowed to reschedule to our next available class or your earliest convenience. All classes will take place at Social Cork Wine Bar in Fort Mill, SC.
