Vodka Martini

Glass: Martini

Equipment: Shaker tin set. Cocktail strainer. Jigger. Ice.

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Vodka

  • 0.5oz Dry Vermouth

  1. Fill martini glass with ice and set aside to chill.

  2. Add vodka and dry vermouth to your shaker tin.

  3. Fill the shaker tin with ice and shake for about 30 seconds.

  4. Dump the ice out of the martini glass, then strain the contents of the shaker tin into the chilled martini glass. (no ice should be in the martini glass when finished)

  5. Garnish with an olive and serve

Cosmopolitan

Glass: Martini

Equipment: Shaker tin set. Jigger. Cocktail strainer. Ice.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Vodka

  • 0.5oz Fresh lime juice

  • 1oz Cranberry juice

  • 0.5oz Orange Liqueur (triple sec)

  1. Fill martini glass with ice and set aside to chill.

  2. Add all of your ingredients to your shaker tin and fill with ice.

  3. Shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds.

  4. Discard the ice from the chilled martini glass.

  5. Strain contents of the cocktail shaker into the chilled martini glass.

  6. Garnish with a lime twist and serve

Dirty Vodka Martini

Glass: Martini

Equipment: Shaker tin set. Jigger. Cocktail strainer. Ice

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Vodka

  • 1oz olive brine

  • 0.5oz dry vermouth (optional)

  1. Fill martini glass with ice and set aside to chill

  2. Juice one half of a fresh lime and drop the lime into the glass. (or use 0.5oz of lime juice)

  3. Add 2oz of tequila to the glass

  4. Fill with ginger beer

  5. Garnish with a mint sprig

Moscow Mule

Glass: Copper Mug, Rocks glass, Pint glass or Highball

Equipment: Jigger. Citrus Juicer. Ice

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Vodka

  • 0.5oz Fresh lime

  • Ginger beer

  1. Fill copper mug with ice

  2. Juice one half of a fresh lime and drop the lime into the mug. (or use 0.5oz of lime juice)

  3. Add 2oz of vodka to the mug

  4. Fill with ginger beer

  5. Garnish with a mint sprig

Screwdriver

Glass: Rocks glass or Highball

Equipment: Jigger. Ice

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Vodka

  • Orange Juice

  1. Fill your glass with ice

  2. Add 2oz of vodka to the glass

  3. Fill with orange juice

  4. Garnish with an orange slice

Sea Breeze

Glass: Rocks glass or Highball

Equipment: Jigger. Ice

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Vodka

  • Cranberry Juice

  • Grapefruit Juice

  1. Fill your glass with ice

  2. Add 1.5oz of vodka to the glass

  3. Add 2.5oz cranberry juice & 1oz grapefruit juice

  4. Stir until combined (15 seconds)

  5. Garnish with a lime slice

Bay Breeze

Glass: Rocks glass or Highball

Equipment: Jigger. Ice

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Vodka

  • Cranberry Juice

  • Pineapple Juice

  1. Fill your glass with ice

  2. Add 1.5oz of vodka to the glass

  3. Then fill with equal parts cranberry & pineapple juices

  4. Stir until combined (15 seconds)

  5. Garnish with a lime slice

Vodka Gimlet

Glass: Rocks glass

Equipment: Shaker tin set. Jigger. Citrus juicer. Ice

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Vodka

  • Fresh lime juice

  • Simple syrup

  1. Fill your glass with ice

  2. Add 1.5oz of vodka to the shaker tin

  3. Juice 1 fresh lime into shaker tin

  4. Add 0.75oz of simple syrup to the shaker tin

  5. Shake vigorously until well combined (45 seconds)

  6. Pour contents of shaker tin into your glass

  7. Garnish with a lime slice
