Daiquiri

(Rum)

Glass: Daiquiri, Coup or Rocks

Equipment: Shaker tin set, jigger, ice

Ingredients:

  • 2oz White Rum

  • 1oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.75oz simple syrup

  1. Pour your lime juice and simple syrup into your pint glass, followed by your rum.

  2. Fill with ice and shake for 30-40 seconds

  3. Pour contents of shaker directly into your glass of choice.

  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy.

Dark & Stormy

Glass: Rocks or Collins

Equipment: Citrus juicer, jigger, ice

Ingredients:

  • 2oz dark rum

  • 0.5oz fresh lime juice

  • ginger beer

  1. Fill your glass of choice with ice

  2. Add your rum and lime

  3. Fill with ginger beer, garnish with lime and enjoy.

Mojito

Glass: Pint, Rocks, or Collins

Equipment: Muddler, Shaker tin set, Jigger, ice

Ingredients:

  • 2oz rum

  • Fresh lime

  • fresh mint leaves

  • 0.75oz simple syrup

  • club soda

  1. Start by muddling 1/2 of a fresh lime with 4-6 fresh mint leaves inside of your shaker tin

  2. Add 2oz of rum and 0.75oz simple syrup

  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

  4. Pour the contents of the shaker tin into your glass, fill with club soda and enjoy.

Classic Martini

Glass: Martini

Equipment: Pint glass, bar spoon, cocktail strainer, Jigger, ice

Ingredients:

  • 2oz gin

  • dry vermouth

  • olives

  1. Start by filling your martini glass with ice and set it aside to chill

  2. Add 2oz of rum and 0.25oz of dry vermouth

  3. Fill the glass with ice and stir until it is properly diluted (30-45 seconds)

  4. Strain the mixture into your chilled martini glass and garnish with a single olive or a lemon twist and enjoy.

Negroni

Glass: Rocks

Equipment: Bar spoon, Jigger, ice

Ingredients:

  • 1oz gin

  • 1oz sweet vermouth

  • 1oz Campari or Aperol

  • fresh orange

  1. Start by filling your rocks glass with ice

  2. Add 1oz of rum 1oz of sweet vermouth and 1oz Campari to the rocks glass.
    (for a sweeter drink sub Aperol for Campari)

  3. Stir gently until well combined (20-30 seconds)

  4. Garnish with an orange peel and enjoy.
