Margarita

Glass: Margarita or Rocks

Equipment: Shaker tin, pint glass, jigger, ice

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Tequila

  • 0.5oz Triple Sec

  • 1oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.75oz simple syrup

  1. Pour your lime juice and simple syrup into your pint glass, followed by your triple sec and tequila.

  2. Fill the pint glass with ice and shake for 8-10 seconds

  3. Pour contents of shaker directly into your glass of choice.

  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy. For a skinny margarita, prepare without the simple syrup and fill the serving glass with club soda

Paloma

Glass: Rocks or Collins

Equipment: Shaker tin set, jigger, ice

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Tequila

  • 0.5oz fresh lime juice

  • 1oz grapefruit juice

  • 0.75oz simple syrup

  • Sparkling Water or Grapefruit Soda

  1. Pour your lime juice and simple syrup into your shaker, followed by grapefruit juice and tequila.

  2. Fill the pint glass with ice and shake for 8-10 seconds

  3. Pour contents of shaker directly into your glass of choice.

  4. Fill with club soda for a more refreshing cocktail or fill with grapefruit soda for a sweeter cocktail.

  5. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and enjoy. For a skinny paloma, prepare without the simple syrup and fill the serving glass with club soda

Mexican Mule

Glass: Copper mug, Highball, Pint or Rocks

Equipment: Jigger, ice

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Tequila

  • 0.5oz fresh lime juice

  • Ginger Beer

  1. Fill the glass with ice

  2. Juice one half of a fresh lime and drop the lime into the glass. (or use 0.5oz of lime juice)

  3. Add 2oz of tequila to the glass

  4. Fill with ginger beer

  5. Garnish with a mint sprig
